Accomplishments:

  • Saved a total of $30M within the 1st year of introducing Lean Six Sigma Culture throughout Nokia North
  • Minimized Cost of Poor Quality by 15% afterdeveloping real-time process performance and interanl customer-supplier feedback systems
  • Improved customer satisfaction and retention, imimized lead tiem on call handling from 6% to 2.9%, and slashed cell phone warranty costs by $10M after enhancing the quality of cell phone units and slashing the cycle time required for corrective action from 139 to 95 days
